Responsible for multiple parallel development projects of ~3600 staff months, and capital budgets totaling $12M; performed in both agile and waterfall development methodologies. Performed Motorola internal Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model assessments (SEI CMM). Champion of process improvement change activities resulting in cost reductions totaling $1M while also improving delivered software quality utilizing six sigma techniques.
