I was responsible for organizing all projects before holding turnover meetings with the field superintendents. Insuring that all equipment submittals were approved for purchase through the mechanical engineers and general contractors. Issued all purchase orders for equipment and material on projects. Generated progress reports and held weekly meetings to discuss job status to help increase the productivity. Also responsible for all pricing and approval of change orders. Confirmed that pricing for projects were bid accurately for the plan and spec market. I started my career here delivering materials and cleaning jobsites. Within six months I was working with journeymen sheet metal workers and service technicians to better understand mechanical systems and construction productivity.
