My main role was supporting the Business Psychology team with the delivery of well-being audits, resilience training and leadership development within a range of public and private sector companies. I specialised in the quantitative analysis of well-being and engagement survey data.Liaising with clients on a daily basis to build and maintain strong relationships.Report writing, incorporating data analysis with insight, presenting technical information in a straightforward, creative and aesthetically pleasing way.
