Work placement whilst studying abroad in South Korea. This was an excellent opportunity for me to submerse myself and develop my interpersonal skills within a multi-national working environment. The main purpose of my post was to make their services more appealing to a younger audience and this involved critical analysis of their systems for customer interaction, improving their website, research into ‘FINTECH’ and it’s impact on the industry as well as monitoring the banks performance and operations at a base level.
