Current2 Year Graduate Scheme with a permanent, full time permanent position running alongside it. - 1st Year Consists of the GEM Programme, a programme designed to immerse those with no past experience in housing into the sector, through 6 GEMShacks, and accomplishing a Level 4 from the CIH.- 2nd Year Consists of an ILM Level 4 in Management and LeadershipDay to day, my role consists of Managing 1000+ General needs tenancies across the Charnwood area, and the Agar Nook Estate in Coalville. This can include standard tenancy management (Joint to Soles, Sole to Joints) to sorting waste issues and other disputesIn addition to this, I also deal with Medium-Low level ASB issues surrounding drug use, noise complaints and more, using a variety of different monitoring techniques and enforcing against the terms contained within tenancy agreements and the Civil law framework. Relationship building with other key stakeholders, both governmental and non-governmental are key in facilitating problem solving in both those main areas, to ensure the best experience can be provided to our service users, who ultimately we are there to ensure have the best quality of life when living in our properties.
