Manage a number of key areas within the company’s Parks and Grounds department- Open space, Parks and Play Area Management. Responsible for the management of the Authorities waste treatment, household waste recycling centre, closed landfill monitoring and producer compliance scheme contracts.Ensuring all contractors deliver the contracts to specification producing monthly performance reports, including risk management updates and taking remedial actions where performance falls short. I work to ensure all contracts deliver best value in comparison to the market. I have initiated best value reviews that have resulted in a reduction of costs and an increase income levels.Develop services to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
