Verify approximately 5000 commercial schedules, local, interconnect and national are merged and loaded to Seachange and Arris ad servers and conflicts (missing spots) are resolved daily. Ingested hundreds of commercial spots to ad-servers on a daily basis using Tandberg Encoders from analog and digital broadcast tape sources as well as from ftp sites.Successful with team for meeting and exceeding advertising run-rate goals each quarter of 98 percent and higher. Coordinating troubleshooting efforts with other departments, management and vendors, and prioritizing trouble tickets to minimize revenue loss. Lead person in department for IT and broadcast equipment maintenance.

Broadcasters Association FCC Inspection Program for technical matters, public file and EAS (Emergency Alert System) compliance. Planned and executed conversion from analog tape use to an all digital automation system allowing 24 hour broadcasting without adding additional staff. This resulted in more opportunities to sell advertising without increasing expenses.
