Matthew Soryal was an investment banking analyst at Rothschild & Co who was born and raised in southern Orange County. His role as an analyst at Rothschild & Co had a focus on sell-side healthcare diagnostics transactions across the globe. Prior to joining the team at Rothschild, he had experience working at an early stage tech start up based in CA that was focused on creating a proprietary software that consolidated and streamlined the H2-A visa process. During his time there, he was responsible for market landscaping and using data analytics to supplement a go-to-market strategy, helping pave the way for the product to go live. After that, he joined the team at CB Capital where he worked on buy-side transactions, capital raises, & debt raises. He earned a B.S. in Business administration on an academic scholarship from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. He is an Eagle Scout and has also earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma. He is Series 79 certified.
