Supervises all Operations activities and manufacturing personnel Manages daily operations including:• Supply chain, finished goods and raw materials inventory• In-house inventory management and accounting software. • Shipping and receiving. • Production planning, trending and projections. • Maintain all production and laboratory equipment. • Maintain and monitor ISO Class 5 Controlled Environment • Provide guidance to staff and ensure all products are in compliance with corporate policies and FDA regulations including ISO 13485. Process developmentDesign and implementation of manufacturing proceduresDevelop scale up and process improvement activities

• Hands on product manufacturing • Operation of production equipment • Service/Repair and preventative maintenance of production and laboratory equipment• Assist in scale up and process improvement activities• Adhere to standard operating procedure and good documentation practices • Work in and maintain ISO Class 5 clean room
