Abiding by and enforcing all EPA and OSHA compliance laws to ensure all operations remain within government standard. In charge of a crew of 40+ employees and their production in a teardown operation. Baling, cable box teardown, CRT teardown, computer teardown and network teardown. Training and coaching to ensure everyone is on the right track and can perform in the most productive and safest manner possible.
