In this role I am involved with providing both pre and post sale support for projects using the products through the brands we distribute. This includes creating equipment lists based on project specifications, modelling rooms and predicting speaker performance in a variety of spaces using AFMG EASE software and providing onsite technical support during the installation and commissioning stages of the projects.

As part of a team in the service department I was involved in providing post sales support and repairs for a range of professional audio products. Specialising in the repair and onsite servicing of installation products including Speakers, DSP units and Digital Consoles.
