I have a total of 10 years experience in healthcare. My career began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and then I moved on to being a Scheduler for the nursing home. From there I moved to Memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN and worked as Unit Assistant in the ICU through my under graduate degree full-time, where I also interned under the Executive Director of Adult Services from January 2016 - December 2016. After graduation, I received a job opportunity as a Business Analyst for IU Health working to build and maintain relationships with post-acute institutions who services the IU Health patient population through the state of Indiana. The networks of my main focus have been Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, Long-Term Acute Care Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Healthcare Agencies, Durable Medical Equipment Agencies, Home Infusion/Enteral, and Hospice Agencies. I relocated to Connecticut in the beginning of 2020 to pursue career opportunity at CareCentrix as a Business Development Strategy & Operations Analyst. My role oversees top prospecting research to continuously grow pipeline, sales collateral development, collaborate with sales team on business development strategic initiatives, sales pipeline reporting to executives and board of directors, and support marketing campaigns both operationally and content creativity. Achievements:- Developed Salesforce operations processes to accurately track sales reporting- Created prospecting lists that identified billions of dollars potential managed spend - Grown and rebuilt the IU Health preferred post-acute organizations under the IU Health Collaborative banner. - Developed process improvements with the goal to reduce length of stay and improve readmission rates for the hospital.
