Responsible for all aspects of the Physical Plant operation Manage 200,000 sq. ft. of buildings on a 45 Acre campus to include Maintenance, Housekeeping and Grounds putting in place processes and procedures to increase quality and productivity while managing spending. Responsible for creation and management of the operating budget.Responsible for all aspects of construction, renovation and cyclical projects from identifying the need and obtaining bids to job completion.Manage and perform all set-ups for events on campus.Identify and create a preventative maintenance schedule for all campus equipment. Safety Officer responsible for training and continuing education of all personnel in all departments.

Day to day oversight and quality control of all departments on a downtown campus. Approximately 50 Employees (Housekeeping, Maintenance and Grounds). Approximately 1 million square feet on 115 acres. Creation of a shared savings budget for operations, maintenance and utilities.Manage numerous cyclical and capital projects annually. Safety Officer (3 years with zero Workers Comp claims)Act as staff horticulturist; visiting other Universities around the country to perform Annual Grounds audits as needed.
