This project involved training the models, socializing the opportunity to utilize machine learning across the organization and with funders and partners, work with contact center staff to understand the right way to implement the recommendation tool within their current workflow, designing technical requirements for the tool, and development of dashboards that ensured recommendations were creating equitable outcomes for the population BDT serves. - Synthesized learnings of machine learning project into a 90 minute presentation aimed at providing non-profit data professionals with a roadmap for designing and implementing their own machine learning projects within their sector.
