I am currently employed with Keylaw Conveyancing and have been so since March 2022. I practice as a Solicitor after being admitted to the Supreme Court in October 2022. In my current position, I have been completing conveyancing files for over 12 months. This includes tasks such as review of contracts and providing legal advice on any conditions and clauses to the clients. As a file handler, I am currently in charge of approximately 85 sale or purchase files and manage over 100 clients at any one time.Other responsibilities of my position include handling phone calls and emails from clients regarding any issues that may arise on the file, along with ensuring that the matter runs as smoothly as possible, and in the best interests of my client. I have also been tasked with training newer staff and assistants on how to run files, using the system that I have efficiently devised.I have been in the legal field doing volunteer work and full-time work since I finished my Law Degree and Practical Legal Training. I am excited to expand my knowledge and experience in different fields and am eager to grow as a Solicitor.
