My current position requires me to lead the recruitment team for the regional office of Newmont Asia Pacific's regions including gold mines in West Australia, the Northern Territory and New Zealand. Involved in my role is the recruitment of senior and white collar roles as well as the development of the recruitment strategy and team leadership.

Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the recruitment team who look after all vacancies across the NickelWest and Stainless Steel Materials businesses. Specifically responsible for workforce planning, international resourcing projects and business improvement initiatives.

I'm currently involved in the end to end recruitment of Senior, technical and management roles based on any of the NickelWest sites throughout WA and our Corporate head office in Perth.NickelWest falls under the Stainless Steel materials group of BHP Billiton and is the worlds third largest provider of Nickel.
