· Managed a team of 4 designers in small rehab projects and routine maintenance contracts · Identified candidate roadway projects by analyzing PMIS data and reviewing roads with maintenance supervisors · Advised the maintenance supervisors and maintenance personnel on complicated TCP, hydraulic, or bridge maintenance problems · Participated in the statewide TxMAP (Maintenance Assessment Program) inspections · Inspected fracture critical bridges with the Houston District Bridge Section following the Minnesota I-35 bridge collapse
