The impact of these changes was the completion of 3 phases to successfully finish program.Client: Sciata – Served as org VP, Professional Services - 2021 – 2022 Initiative/Challenge: Define strategy & lead new professional services group to expand staffing firm services to clients as part of backing PE firm’s VCP.Outcome: Overall business pipeline grew from $10M to $15M with professional services pipeline portion growing to $2M with $800K in revenue. Initiative/Challenge: Define technology strategy roadmap for PE backed Cloud Communications Service Provider client.Outcome: Delivered roadmap along with M&A technology integration playbook to guide client’s recent & future acquisitions.
