- Have cast over 50 reality shows/game shows/docu series.- Unscripted development - generate original ideas, source talent, develop story arcs, and create “sizzle reels” for network presentations.- Recruit, vet, and screen candidates worldwide for unscripted television shows.- Write in-depth cast bios, pitch sheets, cast portfolios, and background reference checks.- Maintain extensive knowledge of pop culture to keep up with ever-changing landscape of unscripted entertainment.- Manage databases to keep track of research, leads, and communication with applicants.- Manage teams conducting nationwide searches. Coach team on interview technique, pitch presentations, sourcing strategy, as well as how to quickly vet 3000 applicants in a day.- Conduct on-camera 1:1 interviews across the US and manage arena-filled casting calls.- Manage relationships with talent to ensure candidates are comfortable and informed through multi-month casting processes. Facilitate offers and negotiation of talent deals.
