Also, implements new meetings and all-staff presentations to ensure staff is on same page.Lastly but most importantly, I am the liaison regarding Federal and State Auditing. I work directly with the Federal and State Auditors which probe our agency. Annually in the early Spring of ever year I complete a State Self Assessment for our County, which equals 25% of our total funding. The Self Assessment is completed to make sure that Ohio as a whole is meeting Federal potch marks.
