Primary responsibilities include research, recommendation, and implementation of "world-class" business management strategies, performance and quality analysis, formulation of organizational key performance indicators (KPI's), monitoring of labor efficiency and process effectiveness for the Office of Facilities Support and its 100+ staff members. • In-depth knowledge of organizational policy and practices, highly skilled in organizational development through program design and implementation, superior analytical skills utilizing organizational data and systems of record for the express purpose of identifying and eliminating procedural deficiencies, dedicated to the missions of efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability through continuous process improvement. • Justified the creation of the Workload Management and Analysis Branch within the Office of Facilities Support and was subsequently granted developmental and staffing authority of the Branch. • Staunch supporter of continuous process improvement as proven through the recommendation and implementation of cost saving initiatives such as staff re-structuring and expansion of skillset layers within the workforce, which have resulted in operational budget reductions exceeding $1M in the last year. • Well versed in the practical application and analysis of quality improvement measures such as ISO standard compliance and Lean Six Sigma methodology as proven by the integration of total quality management initiatives within the Office's standard operating procedures. • Key proponent, stakeholder, and visionary in the advancement of asset management accountability, including effective labor utilization and the use of ever-evolving efficient work practices.
