I manage the design calendar and mentor the design staff, honing in on best design practices. I am involved in branding, marketing and hiring initiatives, and I represent the Spectas creative group in client meetings.

Handled design work from initial concept through prototype engineering. From initial brief with account executive, used SolidWorks and Adobe Creative Suite to design, engineer and render various concepts. Generated ideas and took them all the way to fully-dimensioned engineering drawing packages for prototyping. Developed clear and intuitive instruction sheets for designs as well.

Responsible for the design of the seats of the Eclipse 500 personal jet. Presented multiple rounds of alternatives and variations in order to arrive at a dynamic and engaging, yet practical design.

Responsible for aesthetic and functional development of sportfishing boat interiors and exteriors. Learned Pro/E, reverse-engineered Luhrs 44 Convertible to streamline manufacturing processes and contributed key design details to such boats as the Luhrs 31 Open, among others.
