As the CEO Communications Director, I develop and manage the communication strategy and execution for Terry Rasmussen, Thrivent’s Chief Executive Officer. I work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to provide advice and counsel, and develop strategies and deliverables including executive positioning plans, executive platforms, communication plans, social media strategies, presentations, speeches, executive videos and more, supporting the overall growth and transformation of the company.
