The New Alchemy distillery released our first products in mid-2016 - Aether Vodka, White Devil Whiskey, and The Arborist Gin; we've since added Fleurette Gin and Fleurette Vermilion Gin, and Fylleangst aquavit - all multi-award winning spirits (including multiple double-gold and Best-in-Class awards). We also provide consulting and contract services to distilleries including product development for spirits such as whiskey, shochu, vodka, gin, amaro, and various RTD canned cocktails, as well as regulatory compliance with federal and local agencies, technical production, and pricing / market analysis. In addition, we have a wholesale/distribution license in California and deliver both our spirits and those of client brands through the state.
