With over 15 years of security and law enforcement experience, including assisting citizens, major investigations, responding to calls, conducting routine patrols along with planning and coordinating community events I have improved my leadership skill set. I am a quick-thinking adaptor with experience-honed skills in assessing risks and making critical decisions, and adapting to the needs of the situation under extreme pressure. I am highly effective at taking leadership direction from superiors, as well as mentoring, guiding, and influencing others in a leadership role.
