Served as a teaching assistant at Pomona College in Organic Chemistry II (Spring 2023) and Advanced Analytical Chemistry (Fall 2023). Responsibilities include hosting twice-weekly study sessions andassisting students with instrumentation and lab technique during laboratory sessions.

Performed research at the Pfizer site in Groton, CT as part of an academic collaboration with PomonaCollege. Research included reaction development for alkylation of aryl sulfonyl fluorides and characterization of products through nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometry. Included collaboration with Pfizer medicinal chemists.

Interned with Pfizer Global Supply in the Reference Standards division at the Pfizer site in Groton, CT. Responsibilities included management of drug inventory databases, proper handling of small molecule compounds for storage and disposal, and coordinating formal documentation of laboratory activities with other interns and Pfizer colleagues. Included exposure to everyday work in a Pfizer analytical chemistry laboratory.

The only undergraduate science student to participate in a collective of artists and scientists composed mostly of graduate students that promotes the intersection of art and science. Work included organizing on-campus exhibitions, attending weekly meetings, managing informational booths, and performing website data entry.
