• Work on Public/Affordable Housing (PAH) team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Goals are to maintain stability of the PAH software product by resolving current issues within the product, to expand the product by adding new features, to satisfy our clients by meeting with them to address their needs, and to ensure our product complies with evolving governmental regulations.• Perform business analysis to understand and prioritize our clients’ and product’s needs. Then, I transform those needs into units of work, known as cards. A card outlines a change to make or new feature to add to the software program. In creating cards, I include: a user story to personify the need for the change, requirements that detail how the Developer team should go about making the change in accordance with governmental regulations, and key tests the QA team should run to ensure the change was effectively implemented. Next, I present these cards to the cross-functional team of Developers and QAs. Finally, after the change is implemented, I perform user acceptance testing to ensure the change is client ready and then approve it for release. • Utilize various methods to investigate issues in the software and determine solutions to these issues, including running investigative tests within the software product, data mining in SQL, and research into government documents.• Head the maintenance of PAH team’s client escalations, a key metric monitored by upper management. Lead bi-weekly meetings to assign out new escalations to team members and discuss the status of outstanding escalations. Also, I work with the support team to relay temporary solutions to these escalations, while also working to develop long-term solutions.• Design and present Release Version presentations to diverse teams across the firm, informing on the product’s latest updates.

• Collaborated with team of interns to identify an area of opportunity within the business. Then, presented our business case to the senior management team. Specifically, I gathered knowledge by conducting stakeholder interviews and performing survey analysis. Also, I executed financial analysis to • Envisioned and launched an initiative to streamline the data visualization process for the Investor Relations department by leveraging Power BI.

• Spearheaded Concur project to effectively visualize the company T&E data. First, met with Accounting department to gather requirements. Then, wrote SQL queries to extract relevant datasets from databases. Finally, built series of reports and dashboards in Power BI to track key metrics and visualize a single source of truth in the data.
