Resident PSE Supporting a major health care system StorageGRID implementation. Our solution is a private cloud object-based storage system that provides the customer Tier II Storage capabilities.In my daily role, from the technical perspective, I help the customer solve complex problems related to the solution including infrastructure issues, working with the Network team, security issues, product patching, VMware administration and patching issues, I provide recommendations for new patching based on new security risks and communicate with the customer regarding any solution concerns.Also in my current role, I have worked with the sales team, partners, and other vendors to position our next-generation solution. During this process, I built and supported test labs in the partner data center to validate migration methodology. I have also been sought after as an SME to assist with other large customer accounts who had an urgent need for my specific skillset. When I think about the bigger picture of my role, excellence in communication and developing great working relationships with the customer and the greater team have been the keys to success in my current role. Problem-solving is often technical but it is most often a combination of soft skills with technical expertise. .
