BakeRite are Market Leaders, supplying an exclusive range of Free-From and Vegan Ingredients & Blends.Our range includes a wide selection of BakeRite Flour Blends manufactured by our in-house NPD team that make it easy for you to produce most gluten-free, allergen-free and vegan products!My role at BakeRite principally involves:• Undertaking enterprise-wide reviews of roles, responsibilities, systems, processes and facilities, • Working with persons involved in quality and risk management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Utilising tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Role Mapping.• Applying Operational Excellence principles to develop a ‘future state’ corresponding with the organisation’s growth ambitions and long-term strategies, creating a log of recommended improvements such as standardised processes, optimised workflows, realigned roles and responsibilities, etc.• Working with Management and the existing teams to implement the ‘future state’plan.
