I acted as Enterprise Agility coach leading transformations which impacted a combined 150 digital teams, 1800 staff with a total run rate of $250m / year.I advised at VP and Director level on empirical methods measuring delivery flow, quality, morale, maturity, and waste. We integrated increased decision velocity and saved cost by reducing manager ratio and removing redundant process. We introduced Lean Portfolio Management, OKR value tracking, and established a product COE and user-centred design.* We measure 110% increase in delivery speed, a 20% in morale, and 50% in code quality across the pioneer teams.

I led 6 multi-vendor squads to work efficiently in Scrum, release their first MVP 6-weeks ahead of schedule. We focussed on limiting WIP, streamlining Flow, and reducing waste through 8 wastes of lean which increased velocity by 400%. My work resulted in the programme being reprioritised high priority with its funding doubled.

We built an AI model to advise on trades responsible for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of contracts to buy and sell liquified natural gas (LNG) globally.Our Machine Learning Model achieved 98.2% accuracy accuracy to predict the Value (NPV) and Risk (NPVaR) of adding a new contract to the LNG portfolio and was valued by BP as capable of adding up to $750 mil./ Yr in NPV to the LNG portfolio.

My research experience of 5 years focused on bringing technological projects from inception to fruition and publication. I am accomplished in C, C++ and Python having written a 3D parallelised code in C that has been used by 3 international institutions for scientific research and has operated on some of the largest supercomputers in the world. This has resulted in 8 journal publications.I was the scientific lead on an international research collaboration between 7 institutions across 3 continents which has resulted in 3 high impact journal publications. The research was part of the international project to build the €20 billion ITER reactor in France. Our research directly effects the design of the microwave beam system used for plasma stability and control.My role included: code development in C and Python, code testing, overall project management, organising scrum teams, publication writing, research presentation at international conferences and proposal writing.

I have written in C a 3D full-wave finite difference time domain code (EMIT-3D) parallelised in 3D. A numerical full-wave code is necessary when the in homogeneity scale length of the medium is comparable to the wavelength, in this regime the assumptions used in an analytical treatment are invalid. This is the case in the edge region of a magnetically confined fusion plasma through which microwaves must travel. Microwaves are incredibly important in magnetic confinement fusion as they are used to provide a wealth of information through active and passive diagnostics and are used extensively for stability control by driving a toroidal current. Moreover, they are the most common method for heating to thermonuclear temperatures. I spent three months living in Pairs working at Le Laboratoire de Physique des Plasmas, Ecole Polytechnique, in the field of experimental low temperature plasma physics on a new form of plasma thruster for satellite propulsion. Resulted in 1 first author paper.
