• Help Prepare for ADP Vantage Implementation for payroll system• Sit in meetings with ADP to discuss the implementation process• Brainstorm ways to make implementation as quick and easy as possible• Manipulate information in Deltek to make it able to be converted to ADP • Use a data bridge to send data from Deltek to ADP• Run reports to reconcile information between Deltek and ADP to make sure the data has not been compromised during the transfer• Look through employee’s timesheets to make sure they are accurate and comply with company policies• Communicate with timesheet approvers to correct employees timesheet if there is a problem• Make sure each employee are getting the correct leave and holiday accruals• Compare current payroll report to prior period’s report to ensure that each employee is getting paid the correct amount• Make sure terminated employees get paid the proper leave payout• Make sure employees can login and access the time keeping system • Work with HR to add, remove, and edit employees in the employee database using Deltek GCS Premier software• In charge of filing and paying state and federal withholding taxes • Set up and pay companies garnishments and liens• File and pay SUTA taxes on a quarterly basis• Help prepare for government audits• In charge of updating employee database to comply with new IRS regulations

• Set up and implemented company’s QuickBooks Online• Performed monthly reconciliations and data entry for small businesses• Prepared tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120S) under the direction of the office CPA• Updated and corrected errors in both data entry and bank reconciliations during a client data review.• Communicated with various tax authorities on behalf of clients
