Responsible for the business development of the 5 County surrounding area of Jacksonville Florida. A Client Care Liaison works closely with hospitals, physician offices, social workers, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, ALF's, ILF's, and memory care residences throughout Florida to connect with clients and natural supports of the consumers who need help with activities of daily living.

The Director of Home Health Services takes a lead role in the ongoing development and implementation of the home health division with the management team. Supervises and supports Program staff to successfully carry out job responsibilities. Monitors program quality using specific indicators and puts plan in place to continually improve. Adheres to agency’s mission, goals, policies and procedures and strategic plan. Functions as member of management team. Ensures that all home health services are adhering to all Agency, State and Federal regulatory requirements. 

Angels In Your Home provides high quality Home Care with a full range of services to our residents, consumers, and clients within the community. As the CEO, created policies and procedures for the agency. Created numerous new Medicaid payer sources including the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Waiver, the Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver, and the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program. Responsible for all directors including the director of clinical services, the chief operating officer, the human resource department, the chief financial officer and over 100 active employees in the field. Responsible for growing the agency from less the half a million to over 3 million in gross revenue. In addition to the home heath programs, directed the operations for the assisted living program (ALP).

Governed all branch operations, and oversaw all business operations generating and managing $6M in annual revenue. Led Professional Advisory Board. Directed operations of management, finance, marketing, sales, human resources and compliance. Also managed more than 250 external employees including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, Home and Community Support Services, Independent Living Skills Trainers, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapist. Established P&L performance goals and implemented targeted initiatives to attain them. Defined branch priorities, analyzed market for new business opportunities and implemented strategies to drive new business development.- Generated more than $6M in annual revenue through effective marketing and presentation of healthcare services to key decision-makers; diversified client base by securing deals with range of institutions, companies, managed care, Medicaid, and other government waivered services.- Facilitated company growth to become nation’s largest flu shot provider by leading business development initiatives of $1M in privately-sold flu & wellness services, growing client base of large corporations, school systems, retail businesses, healthcare facilities and physician offices.- Created new positions for both the local office and the state by introducing new payer sources including Service Coordination, Consumer Directed Personal Care Attendant, Independent Living Skills Trainers and Home and Community Support Staff. In addition new management positions were created including, Director of Consumer Directed Program Services, Director of Waiver Services, and New York State Regional Director.- Earned company's Winner's Circle Award for top financial sales performance in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
