Always looking for new ideas and expeditions, Matt Tucci is enamored with the pursuit of knowledge and the fulfillment of meaning. He enjoys the composition, analysis, and performance of existence.MUSIC EDUCATIONMatt has lived in India for 5 months, where he taught beginner-level guitar to students in Chandigarh and beginner to intermediate-level piano in Amritsar. This job focused on playing the piano with students to examine their current skill level, conversing with them about what they wanted to expand upon in regards to improving their piano skills, and concocting individualized lessons for each student. He continued this project with American students when he moved back to New Jersey in 2016. PERFORMING ARTSAs a musician, Matt has performed in several groups: one at Antimo's Italian Kitchen in Hopewell, NJ (piano, drums, vocals), The Mercer County Community College Jazz Band (piano/vibraphone), and Meconium (keys, vocals, drums). He is currently recording a solo album and working on an instrumental album. He has been writing music since 2008 and recording/producing since 2015.As an actor, Matt has performed characters in shows such as The Old Shepherd in "A Winter's Tale" at McCarter Theatre, Long John SIlver in "Treasure Island" at Bordentown High School, and Egeus/Snug in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at Kelsey Theater.
