Maciej has extensive experience in Additive Manufacturing focusing on the industrialization of metal powder bed systems as well as R&D. With a background in Aerospace and Materials Science, he has worked on a number of projects with industrial OEMs and their suppliers in order to bring the technology to a mature level within their supply chain, as well as developing new materials, applications and solutions in Metal AM, most prominently with Inconel, Titanium and Aluminum Alloys.Previously, Maciej has worked in academia focusing in various aerospace disciplines including material characterization, structures & materials, robotics and wind-tunnel development.
