• Partnered with leaders across a 19,000+ employee regional health system to provide analysis and consultation on fair and competitive compensation solutions to increase retention, employee engagement, and performance;• Served as a lead administrator and technical POC for SAP SuccessFactors and the annual performance management program; • Conducted data analysis, market benchmarking, ad hoc HRIS reporting, and data extraction and cleaning for annual regulatory reporting.

• Provided HR support to operational leaders and 200+ third shift associates in the areas of employee relations, training, payroll/timekeeping, and performance management. Coached two Ops Admin Assistants in daily processes and policies.
