I was brought on to help kids and teenagers overcome mental barriers in their journies of self-development through athletics.

Instructed kids aged 14-17 on outdoor living, conflict resolution, and other interpersonal skills for two weeks straight on a trip to British Columbia.

Leads trips to bring students with little outdoor experience to well-known outdoor sites and national parks, teaching and mentoring them on proper outdoor ethics and responsibilities while climbing, hiking, and low-level mountaineering activities. Works on a team of guides to develop experiences for students.
