Ive been in the meat year over 20years now started at 16 at the bottom for sainsburys supermarkets for just shy of 5years where I gained a nvq2 butchery.Then I moved to Gerald David and sons to further develop my skills and knowledge and even landed my hand in abitour work for 5 years working all over the uk. I've worked in the high street style of butchery, but my bread and butter and where I feel most comfortable is the farm shops and high end butchery.
