Manage multiple commercial construction projects concurrently. Insure client satisfaction, project quality, project safety, schedule adherence and budget management. Responsible for administering owner contracts, subcontracts, change orders, submitting payment applications, and processing subcontractor/vendor invoices. Work closely with Owner representatives and Designers to incorporate design changes into the project and contract while maintaining original construction schedule.
