People and process manager with twenty-two (22) years of experience in the medical device production industry has been a progression from a technician through various management positions. bioMerieux produces in-vitro diagnostic test kits for hospitals, clinics, and industries. My responsibilities have included leadership and guidance to the 250+ employees in the Manufacturing Departments ensuring safety, product quality, cost management and process improvement. As the manager I participated in the design and execution of the manufacturing strategy, including equipment and process development, integration and validation. I currently manage a long-term project staff, department laboratory, inventory, document change requests and product/process transfer into manufacturing. My knowledge has been expanded throughout my career by assuming a new professional opportunity approximately every 4 years. bioMerieux has provided several growth opportunities in manufacturing, engineering (Industrialization) and auditing that has been mutually beneficial.
