• Managed/supported over 60 Statements of Work (SOWs) for 35+ unique clients as a Senior PMO Consultant and Solutions Architect. Worked with a diverse clientele, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups, across various industries including: manufacturing, professional services, banking, healthcare, construction and more.• Aligned client solutions with applicable best practices and frameworks within the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). Project Assignment 3 - Aftermarket Services (Pumps)• Led a project to digitize the Disassembly-Clean-Inspect department to improve lead time and quality. The deliverables/analysis were critical to the progress of the digital transformation plan. (Agile project management approach)• Led continuous improvement projects across multiple departments within operations and production.• Worked with the global PMO team to create and implement a project management training course utilized across all company divisions.

Project Assignment 2 - OEM Order Fulfillment (Control Valves)• Utilized Power BI to develop and launch the Sales Order System for Springville Project/Order Managers. This system, which is connected to multiple data sources, improves the visibility of order information and identifies risks/issues from order entry to delivery. The Sales Order System is estimated to save Springville operations between $750K and $3MM per year. (Hybrid project management approach; success recognized with Spirit of Flowserve award)• Utilized Smartsheet to develop and launch the Order Handoff System that connects multiple forms, sheets and dashboards using automation. This system improves communication efficiency between departments and increases the visibility of dynamic order information/files in a hybrid work environment.Project Assignment 1 - OEM Engineering (Control Valves)• Led a cross-functional team that developed and implemented an iterative process to create digital valve CAD assemblies before physically building the product. Over 300 full valve CAD assemblies have been utilized to identify over 100 errors. (Waterfall project management approach; Success recognized with global Engineering Achievement Award and highlighted externally in corporate ESG sustainability report)• Collected, consolidated and indexed information for all production and R&D tests/labs across the global Valve Division to better leverage the testing capabilities as a corporation.

• Member of the first Executive Board of the QL+ chapter at Virginia Tech. QL+ is a national non-profit organization with a mission of creating assistive devices for community members with disabilities.• Project Executive for the development of a fishing rod and rod holder for a wheelchair-bound man with Huntington’s disease. This project deliverable encompassed designs from both mechanical and electrical sub-teams.

• Member of a team of engineers/lawyers who provided a variety of lifecycle services, including construction claims consulting, project alignment services, CPM scheduling, 3D modeling and expert testimony.• Identified and analyzed critical issues, under harsh deadlines, related to a mass bridge replacement project.
