Matt Waldie has worked at Waterline Resources Inc since 2018. He completed his Bachelor of Applied Science for Environmental Engineering jointly from UBC and UNBC in December 2016; he graduated with distinction while concurrently completed a minor in First Nations Studies. His career interests include working in Northern/Western Canada in water remediation, hydrogeology, water systems for remote locations, land reclamation, and environmental consultation.

His other career, as a performer, led him to experience the world, performing with Toronto Dance Theatre, and as an independent contractor with other North American companies and choreographers. Matthew has performed in the United Kingdom, China, Mexico, Honduras, and throughout the United States and Canada.

Throughout the years, Matt has also dabbled in a variety of other industries, including service, retail, landscaping, administration, and agriculture. Such wide range of experience has led to the ability to adapt well, developing skills in time management, scheduling, written and oral communication, training, team work, and leadership. Matt has sat on five boards of directors, lead classes and workshops in various subjects, and traveled extensively. He is always eager to develop new skills and learn more.
