My responsibilities have included:- Leading work on post-settlement issues across multiple iwi.- Advising the Minister for Māori Crown Relations on post-settlement issues through written advice and verbally at officials meetings.- Leading work on a Cabinet paper to secure funding for a Post-Settlement Governance Entity for a new development.- Building relationships across the Crown and with iwi to ensure the Crown delivers on its settlement commitments.- Meeting regularly with iwi to gain an understanding of their post-settlement issues and developing solutions on how the Crown can provide support.- Attending iwi-Crown accords alongside Senior Ministers and officials.
