• Meet with internal client groups to understand business case for work requests in Workday including reporting, business process configurations, and analytic dashboards. Communicate new functionality to HR client groups where resolution to outstanding issues or enhancement to current configurations can be made. • Provide best practices and system-perspective for risk-benefit analysis when planning projects, enhancements, and process improvements. Present business case to internal Workday Center of Expertise and help prioritize all approved work requests submitted by the clients.• Serve as Workday Subject Matter Expert to our third party support provider. Assist third party support with technical and business expertise when they are unable to resolve an issue to the client's satisfaction. • Review third party delivered report, process, and security solutions to ensure that they adhere to the unique configuration for each HR client group. Provide detailed instruction on understanding differences between • Design and develop solutions in Workday based on business requirements. Prepare project plan, test cases, and engage clients at the onset of Workday projects. Maintain engagement throughout project life cycle to ensure business resources are aware of their responsibilities and meeting their obligations.

• Perform initial discovery into possible solutions based on client requests. Meet with business sponsor to discuss initial business case for request and help client identify the specific business requirements and stratify them between necessary and would like. • Provide Business Analysis for business sponsor once a solution has been agreed upon. Serve as the primary functional contact with the provider during the initial engagement. Manage questions and issues concerning the business requirements and serve as the preliminary technical contact during design of PoC. • Review design and configuration documentation, meet regularly with business sponsor to provide updates on day-to-day activity and to identify risks and steps for correction, before they can escalate and endanger project milestones. • Develop test cases that match business case and plan testing schedule with Project Management. Perform unit testing and manage business resources during UAT, and work with service provider to complete preliminary regression testing before re-engaging business resources.

• Intern with the Corporate Operations team working as a technical resource to assist as Subject Matter Expert and Business Analyst for rollout of new applications deployed through the corporate intranet. • Meet with Executive and Director level personnel to understand business strategy and the goals and expectations for new applications and platforms being introduced through the intranet. • Participate in technical discussions with Information Technology personnel and third party vendors to ensure business requirements are understood and successfully captured in technical design.
