I am a coach and mentor, and am an associate working with The Oasis School of Human Relationships. I can create and hold space with kindness and gentleness, and work with my clients in order to create the energy and momentum to enable people to deliver the change that they want to see in themselves and in their worlds. I want to make the world a better place, and to help people to notice the beauty along the way.I offer the possibility of an experience which helps to connect my clients through their heads, their hearts and their souls to their purpose. I possess an ability to listen deeply and in my listening, to play back what I have heard in a way that offers the possibility of reflection and an opportunity for clients to consider a different response, if that is what they want to do.I am comfortable working at depth, and am good at creating the space for clients to understand themselves at a deeper level. I want to meet people where they are in their understanding of themselves and their relationships with the world and with others, and I invite them, if they want to, to explore at a deeper level.I am an associate with the Inspiring Leaders Network, providing support for aspiring leaders both managerial and clinical. I also provide strategic advice to those working to develop their thinking about systems working, and the role of primary care. I am fascinated by the relationship between, humanity, creativity and wellbeing and am co-chair of The Culture, Health and Wellbeing Alliance, working to create and convene spaces where creative people from the worlds of health and the arts can meet and work together.I am a published poet and an accomplished musician. I am a lover of nature and wild places.
