- Initiated and executed the launch of Cornerstone's fourth East Bay satellite campus.- Led all aspects of the campus launch process, including the development of a one-year strategy to create a new mobile-church location.- Oversaw the management of 12 teams dedicated to all campus programs and operations.- Served on the Leadership Team of the broader Cornerstone Fellowship organization to set the vision of the church.- Created and managed budgets and income in accordance with campus vision and priorities.

- Directed a team of six staff members with the overall responsibility of increasing adult community growth and engagement opportunities in addition to weekend services. - Provided tools and support to the volunteer leadership of over 200 church-wide community groups.- Launched organizational and consistent communication processes to increase accountability and support opportunities for group leaders. - Established an evaluation and follow up process for events to ensure alignment with the Adult Community vision of growth. - Led the creation of a cohesive strategy for supplementary adult classes to ensure topics were interrelated with the broader church vision.

- Pastored and taught middle and high school student ministries with weekly average attendance of 300+ - Managed and equipped Student Ministries team of 4 staff and 50 active adult volunteers - Implemented a new small group system including recruiting, training, and supporting leaders - Directed annual Mexico Missions Trip which consisted of 175 students and adults, 10,000 working hours with a mission of building 9 homes in 3.5 days - Led and executed self-run summer and winter camps
