Developing primarily in PHP and always learning new things!Part of a small team developing the University's vast web estate built utilising the Jadu content management system and looking after 500+ WordPress websites which include showcasing the fantastic research work being carried out by researchers here at the University of Leeds. Never a dull day!

Providing advice and guidance to assist in defining the SharePoint service for the University,ensuring it will fit with Microsoft's roadmap for Office365- Delivering 2nd line support for Library Systems including MySQL database driven applications- Devising maintenance plans for applications- Writing knowledgebase articles for both end users and technical support staff- Creating detailed change requests as and when required

- Coordinating roll-outs of new software and versions of Windows for the Library and working with IT colleagues to shape future provision- Developing and maintaining the Library's SharePoint 2013 provision- Managing PC resources through SCCM, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS- Ensuring compliance with security and University-wide IT policy- Providing training for staff on MS applications (O365, Office, SharePoint, Windows)- Contributing to the development of Library IT solutions- Providing support for Library-specific systems
