I led the collaboration of local teams, 3rd parties and multi-site virtual teams to deliver changes across several different systems in order to achieve full coverage. • Led Fraud workstream within £10m+ Open Banking programme and delivered fraud requirements under extreme pressure against regulatory deadlines. Influenced stakeholder expectations and secured concessions from the programme leadership team to ensure the day one delivery contained customer fraud and malware protection. • Managed Corporate Fraud requirements across faster payments regulatory changes (PSD) including delivery of real time fraud checking of all online and back office generated payments and user activity auditing.
