I have worked in the residential and commercial land development industry since 1997. I started my private sector career in the entitlement business for a Portland based civil design, survey and planning firm. In 2003, I ventured into the land development arena. For the next four years, with a strong financial partnership I was successful in acquiring, entitling, constructing, and selling several projects in the Greater Portland Metropolitan and mid Willamette Valley markets. With fortunate timing, by late 2007 my work was complete and I moved onto my role with Metropolitan Land Group (MLG), which focused more on long term development strategies. My work with MLG helped me to develop a clearer understanding of our regional planning process and immersed me in the government affairs aspect of the Oregon land use system. In early 2014, I made the move to Crandall Group where I earned the opportunity once again to focus on the acquisitions, entitlement and development aspects of residential real estate. I am definitely excited for what the future holds and for the opportunities that await.
