I oversee all 5 warehouse operations with a fluctuating staff of between 35-50 employees. Distribution is responsible for all incoming and outgoing ski an patio product for the entire company along with all movement of goods within the company on our trucks.

I am the Inventory Control Manager for Christy Sports. My duties range from processes surrounding product movement, to working with stores, accounting, and auditor during inventory. I help to develop new procedures and operating systems, preventing shrink and keeping inventory more accurate.

I manage the backstock warehouse for over 53 Christy Sports stores. We move over $14million in and out of our facility each year.

Manager of up to 20 employees receiving and tagging over $50 million in ski and patio product each year.

I build and repair fly rods for anyone that just wants to be able to have fun fishing without breaking the piggy bank!

Duties: 200+ retail accounts, clubs, and chain accounts. Responsible for promotion packs, merchandising product, new product distribution along with three chain accounts ranging from 4-20 stores. Hired and trained Retail Coordinators to work for me that were promoted to full time Sales Representatives.
