I am a hands-on digital transformation expert and certified specialist in G Suite, OKTA and ServiceNow customer transformations. With a proven track record of leading the delivery of high profile, complex Cloud Strategies in challenging (and sometimes synchronised multi-national) environments, I have in-depth and diverse experience in developing and deploying technology strategy and digital change successfully.I’ve delivered projects for clients across a range of industries within the public and private sectors; from media, publishing and retail through manufacturing and logistics to the Home Office and local government.My role is to take the lead of change initiatives and transform business behaviour - a role which requires a broad skillset; the agility to deal with problems quickly and creatively, strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, financial and resource management capabilities and the people skills needed to ensure the smooth running of delivery teams made up of internal personnel and external specialists.In 2019, I co-founded bolt-on Cloud Deployment experts CEyX Ltd. As a team, we have years of experience in delivering digital transformation projects from within our client’s organisations. G Suite had been selected to be the global platform to be a vehicle to consolidate separate countries into a single technology instance to unlock the collaboration across all Conde Nast countries. Following the success of moving the organisation into a single collaboration platform the following months we increased the collaboration and adoption of G Suite resulting in reducing the Microsoft O365 licenses by 60% globally.To support the complex architecture of the active directory structure and working with a small internal team as well as the OKTA EMEA Professional services I lead a successful OKTA environment collapse.
